Mnóstwo fanów było jednak mocno zniesmaczonych faktem, że do promocji „Celebrating Marvel’s Stan Lee” użyto konta na twitterze należącego do zmarłego ponad rok temu twórcy.

Jakby tego było mało, sporo osób nie miało w ogóle możliwości obejrzenia materiału stacji ABC przez konflikty programowe – niektóre stacje, które nadają programy państwowej telewizji USA emitowały w zamian inne programy.
